Homegrown

The most of the 1.1Ha of the Farm’s surface is composed mostly by natural oak forests where we pick mushrooms, wild fruits and herbs. In the forest we also pick the hummus soil that we use in the garden as a natural fertiliser. The little land we have in disposal of agriculture, we try to explode as much as possible. Fruit trees and bushes are planted everywhere, all around the house and small garden beds are spread everywhere. We apply natural gardening and permaculture technique to grow food all year long. We never use pesticides, insecticides or chemical fertilisers as we believe in a natural balance in a rich ecosystem. We respect life, nature and we take good care of our health.
